Summary: TimeOut connects players and managers for pickup basketball in Malaysia. By using the platform, you agree to these concise terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility

• 18+ only. We do not market to minors.
• Provide accurate information and keep your phone number current.

2. Roles

• Players: Join sessions and follow session rules.
• Managers: Create/manage sessions and may contact participants for session purposes.
• Admins: Operate the platform and enforce policies.

3. Sessions

• Capacity and waitlists are automatic; promotion occurs when spots open.
• Cancel with reasonable notice; repeated no-shows may lead to restrictions.
• Managers may adjust time, location, and capacity.

4. Conduct

• Respect others; no abuse, harassment, discrimination, or illegal activity.
• Do not misuse participant contact details or manipulate the waitlist.

5. Phone Numbers

• Visible only to session managers and admins.
• Use only for legitimate session-related communications.

6. Notifications

• Essential session phone notifications cannot be unsubscribed.
• Other notifications are limited to authentication and security.

7. Courts & Location

• User-supplied court info may be inaccurate; verify before attending.
• Photos and listings must be accurate and rights-cleared.

8. Content & IP

• Post only content you own or have rights to; no illegal or harmful content.
• We may use and display content you share for operating the service.

9. Disclaimers & Liability

• Service provided “as is”; no warranties of any kind.
• We are not liable for indirect damages, user disputes, no-shows, or court conditions.
• Total liability is capped at the amount you paid in the last 12 months or MYR 100, whichever is greater.

10. Termination

• You may delete your account; we may suspend or terminate for violations or legal reasons.
• Certain provisions (e.g., liability) survive termination.

11. Disputes

• Governing law: Malaysia. Exclusive venue: courts in Malaysia.
• Contact support first to attempt informal resolution.
• No arbitration clause; individual court claims only.

12. General

• We may update these terms; continued use means acceptance.
• These terms and the Privacy Policy form the entire agreement.
